Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across Israel with reliable courier services.

• Standard Delivery: ₪27 for orders under ₪200.

• Free Delivery: Orders above ₪200 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery takes up to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Total delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delivery Issues

While we work with reliable courier services, delivery times may be affected by weather conditions or events outside our control. Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@terranorde.com with your order number, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
