Do you do returns?
Due to the nature of our product, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return of eligible items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time.

When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress. Orders may take up to 10 days to arrive.

What is the Freeflow made of?
FreeFlow is made from Kraft paper. The inside of the funnel is coated with a waterproof layer that keeps it sturdy during use and prevents sogging as you go.
The top of the funnel is laser cut to a curve that cups you securely.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How many Freeflow funnels come in a pack?
FreeFlow is currently available in 1 box of 20 funnels split into 4 pouches. Each pouch fits nicely into your pocket or bag, giving you the flexibility to have a Freeflow ready for every short trip, long hike, or dirty petrol station :)
