The site carries no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiling. Standard server logs are retained by our host for security and uptime.
Enquiry details are used to reply and to set up a trade account — our legitimate interest in running the business. Providing these details is voluntary; without them we won't be able to respond to your enquiry. Marketing emails are sent only on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time with the unsubscribe link in every message.
Our hosting and form provider, and our email platform, acting on our instructions under contract. Nothing is sold, rented or traded. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.
Enquiries: three years from the last contact. Mailing list: until unsubscribe, then removed at the next clean-up.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email us and we respond within a reasonable time.
